Self Guided Cycling Tour (October 2011)

We did the Alhambra Rambler tour 8th -15th Oct and having done many self-guided cycling holidays with different companies and in different countries, we reckon this was one of the best. Terry and Lisa looked after us really well, from the very first contact when they were fine with us booking our own accommodation in Granada, through a warm welcome at the airport, recommending great bars and local specialities in Alhama (“Lisa’s list” proved infallible!), inviting us to join them and their friends on a night out and finally posting back the car key/saddle cover we lost/forgot upon departure. Friendly, attentive but unobtrusive service right through. The (new) Giant bikes were light and fast (although one of us did find the saddle rather too firm) and helped us enjoy the generally easy-to-follow routes through glorious countryside. Add to all that the regular bars and cafes with friendly locals (despite our complete lack of Spanish), being lucky with the weather and of course, the stunning Alhambra Palace, made for a great holiday we’ll remember for a long time. Thank you Terry and Lisa – we really appreciated your efforts!

Premier Guided Walking Holiday (September 2011)

Hi Terry & Lisa Catherine and I had a wonderful time on our recent holiday with you. From the minute you picked us up at the airport to going home we just relaxed,enjoyed ourselves and let you 'take the strain'. You took us out everyday, seeing some lovely places, both on the walks and our cultural visits. Places we would never have known about and never visited on our own. Eating out in the evening at different restaurants and farmhouses was great too and all arranged by you. All the food was excellent especially the picnic lunches. You gave us exactly what we wanted from the holiday, walks were of the right level, not to long or strenuous There was plenty of time to relax at our great hotel. Our accomodation was spot on, and our host Paco was the best. Thank you Terry and Lisa and Tod for making it the best of holidays. Hope to see you again. Monica xx
